Custom Meal Planning

Custom Meal Planning is a service that I’m sure almost anyone can use in their lives whether you're single, coupled or have a family.  Essentially what I do is offer a free phone or Skype consultation where we speak, first, about your nutritional lifestyle or family needs come meal times.  My questionnaire covers aspects from your preferences, cookware, to cooking or non-cooking ability to create plans that are custom to you and your family.  Whether you are watching your calorie intake, have allergies/intolerances, want to incorporate more/different kinds of food or types of cuisine, I can create weekly and monthly meal plans designed to fit your lifestyle.  This removes the day-to-day stress of figuring out meals; saving you money and time, by always having what you need in the house to create well-balanced and healthy meals!  My plans come with an accompanying itemized shopping list for your weekly grocery needs as well.
 I am not a professional chef BUT I am definitely a cook, which to me is just as good.  And no, I don’t have a culinary diploma BUT I love food!  I’m obsessed in fact and I always have been.  Cooking food, reading about it, researching it, creating recipes and entertaining are by far what I excel at.  I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and will be working on my diploma in Advanced Nutrition come December, to offer even more informative tips and assistance.  Bottom line, I have always had a passion for food, as I'm Italian and it's my blood, and more importantly I love the joy it brings to people’s faces.  So throw away your meal time stress and worries and bring back your LOVE for food and eating!
 Rates are starting at $25/week for a single person and $30/week for a couple (depending on personal needs and requirements.)  Pricing for families of 3 or more will be determined after a FREE consultation. Joining will require a three month CMP minimun. Each weekly meal plan includes:
  1. Free Consultation - This can be completed via phone, email, or Skype.  Let me know what works best for you.
  2. Weekly Grocery Shopping List - This list will be emailed to you once a week (usually Sundays) so you can ensure you have everything on hand to create your personalized meals
  3. Weekly Meal Plan - This plan will also be emailed to you on Sundays so you're able to prepare your meals in advance.  (Works great for lunches, etc). 
  4. Calorie Counting (if applicable-different charge than basic individual) - If you're looking to lose some weight or just get healthy, I will also assist in setting up a personalized profile with My Fitness Pal.  This website is perfect for those wanting to count calories and track weight loss.
  5. Free Telephone/Email and Skype Support - Need some help counting calories?  Need additional support with the plans?  Feel free to reach out at anytime.
